Simple Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing

Prep Time: 5 mins
"Cook" Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp hearts
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp onion salt (adjust as desired)

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in a high-powdered blender until smooth. That’s it!

Notes

  • I use these hemp hearts and this onion salt
  • Add more or less water depending on your desired thickness for a dressing or dip.
  • If you don’t have onion salt, add your favorite herbs and spices like:
    • raw or roasted garlic and chives
    • basil, oregano, and garlic
    • onion powder, basil, and red pepper flakes
